Covid-19 Policy

At Esthe Clinic, your health and wellbeing are our priority. We are closely following government guidance and have implemented several safety measures to make our working environment as safe as possible.

Booking your appointment

Appointments can be booked online or over the telephone as normal.
Appointments may need to be cancelled at short notice if we are notified that we have come into contact with someone who has covid-19 symptoms. We hope you understand this is for your safety.

We are leaving at least 15-minute intervals between appointments to allow for additional cleaning procedures between clients.

Before your appointment

We will contact you the evening before or on the morning of your appointment to check for any potential Covid-19 symptoms. Key symptoms to look out for are:

  • Fever over 37.8˚C
  • Persistent new cough
  • Loss or change of smell or taste

We will not treat patients who have compromised immune systems, or those who have experienced any of the Covid-19 symptoms within 7 days prior to treatment.
We will not be able to treat anyone who has had contact in the last 14 days with anyone experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19.

During your appointment

Our aesthetic practitioners will be wearing full PPE. This includes face masks, glove, apron and protective eyewear. Support staff will follow government guidance.

The contact areas of our treatment rooms will be cleaned thoroughly after each visit. We disinfect treatment beds and apply disposable paper covers for each client.

We encourage social distance measures when in the clinic.

We ask clients to wear a face mask and disinfect their hands on entering our premises.

With your permission, we will check your temperature using an infrared forehead thermometer. If your temperature is above 37.7˚C we would respectfully request for you to delay your appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks.

We ask for our clients to complete the “Covid-19 Self-declaration form”.

We ask our clients not to bring in additional travel companions into our premises unless absolutely necessary.

We are required to pass on your contact details for track and trace purposes, you will be asked for consent for this.

Following your appointment

You will be provided with a post-treatment Covid-19 information sheet to take home.

We would like to thank all our clients for their patience and support during this period. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
