Bookings & prepaid treatments
Any treatments booked via the website are subject to the following terms & conditions:
All treatments are subject to assessment by the practitioner and will depend on your suitability for the treatment.
All offers, gifts and discounts are subject to clinic availability as well as assessment by the practitioner.
All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatment programme. If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.
Bookings must be made in advance. Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors. For filler, the price is based per ml of dermal filler as recommended for the client by the treating aesthetic practitioner. For antiwrinkle treatment, the price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used. Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all the product units in the package in the one appointment. The number of units administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
Cancellations and refund policy:
Any deposits made via the website are subject to the following terms & conditions:
A minimum of £25 deposit is taken for all appointments. The deposit can be deducted from the cost of a treatment or product. Where the appointment is complimentary, we will still take the relevant deposit to reserve the appointment at the time of booking, and refund the deposit upon attendance to your appointment.
We require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment to avoid your deposit being forfeited. This can be arranged by calling us on 01748889594 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any bookings made within 48 hours of the appointment date and time are subject to the same terms as described above.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you. This is because we aim to ensure that our services run smoothly.
We have a no refund policy on all treatments and products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Esthe Clinic accepts Cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Esthe Clinic Credit.
A loyalty scheme is available for clients purchasing services or products at Esthe Clinic. Esthe Clinic may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Esthe Clinic Loyalty Credit at any time and for any reason.
This loyalty program is processed through the LoyalZoo app. Only purchases made after the client has registered for the Esthe Clinic app are eligible for loyalty credit.
Loyalty credit will show up in the app and can be redeemed off services and products. This credit has an expiry of 1 year. Any credit not redeemed within 1 year will automatically be deducted.
Esthe Clinic will run promotional activity from season to season. These sales will have strict terms and conditions. Discounts will not apply to anti-wrinkle injections.
This giveaway ends 7 July 2021. Open to UK residents only. Travel costs not included. A voucher can’t be exchanged for cash. Any treatments over and above the cost of the voucher are at your own expense. Those who choose to submit for our newsletter will only be sent updates and specials for Esthe and nothing else. This giveaway is not associated with Facebook or Instagram. Must follow Esthe Clinic on Instagram to qualify for this giveaway. The winner will be chosen via an electronic lucky draw. If the winner chosen does not respond within 48hrs a new name will be drawn.
